If you are worried about the safety or wellbeing of a child, young person, or adult, it is important to report your concern as soon as possible. Safeguarding concerns can be raised even if you are unsure or do not have all the details.

You do not need permission to report a safeguarding concern. Acting early can help prevent harm.
